Purpose of this Web Page is to simply demonstrate the different font sizes and how to change font size in HTML Coding.

Two different code methods are available to the Page Maker.

One is to use the code of <h?>

The other is to use <font size=??>

Both are demonstrated below using the full range of sizing.

For the record this User never uses the H? coding because he likes doing things consistently.

First using the <font size=??> coding, We will demonstrate the sizes by starting with the smallest size and to prove to our selves the sizes DOWN stop at -2 and the sizes UP stop at +4 we have used lower and higher numbers two additional times.

This Font Size is:  -4
This Font Size is:  -3
This Font Size is:  -2
This Font Size is:  -1
This Font Size is:  -0
This Font Size is:  +0
This Font Size is:  +1
This Font Size is:  +2
This Font Size is:  +3
This Font Size is:  +4
This Font Size is:  +5
This Font Size is:  +6

The above used the coding format of <font color="#000000" size=+? face=arial> to set the font color - font size and font style.

Any or all of the attributes can be left out or not used and the browsers default setting will be used.

The below uses the coding format of <h?> to set the font size.

It should be noted where the browser quits recognizing a higher or lower number and also note the spacing between lines as that is caused by using the <h?> coding. AND the main reason this User does not use the <h?> coding.

This Font Size is:  <h0>

This Font Size is:  <h1>
