Inserting Images into the Body of a Message using Outlook Express

In most cases, after Clicking on "Create Mail", Your Outlook Express E-Mail Screen should look similar to the one below.

The Instructions are provided within the image and the images were left at full width or 800 pixels wide which is full screen width for most Users.
